1. Introduction

Welcome to Sheek (the “App” or “Platform”), a beauty services booking application operated under the legal entity LYVE (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Sheek enables users to explore beauty and wellness service providers, view services, make bookings, and complete payments either online or in person.

Lebanon is our country of domicile, and these Terms & Conditions are governed accordingly.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using the Sheek App or website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

3. Definitions

  • “User” / “Customer”: Any individual using the Platform to browse, book, or pay for services.

  • “Provider”: A registered physical beauty or wellness business offering services through Sheek.

  • “Booking”: A reservation made by a User for services offered by a Provider.

  • “Platform”: The Sheek mobile application and website.

  • “LYVE”: The legal entity operating Sheek.

4. Services Provided

Sheek is a booking and discovery platform that allows Users to:

  • Explore beauty and wellness Providers

  • View services, pricing, availability, and reviews

  • Book appointments at Provider locations or at-home (if offered)

  • Pay online or choose cash payment after service completion

Sheek does not directly provide beauty or wellness services.

5. Booking and Reservation Terms

  • All bookings are subject to Provider availability and confirmation.

  • Providers reserve the right to accept, reschedule, or decline bookings.

  • Users must provide accurate booking details.

  • At-home services are offered solely at the discretion of the Provider.

6. Pricing, Payment & Platform Commission

6.1 Pricing

  • Prices are determined solely by Providers and displayed on the Platform.

  • Prices may vary depending on service type, duration, or location.

  • Any applicable service or platform fees will be disclosed prior to payment confirmation.

6.2 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa

  • MasterCard

  • Any additional payment methods enabled by the payment gateway

Cash payment at the Provider’s location or for at-home services may be available at the Provider’s discretion.

6.3 Currency

All prices displayed and transactions processed on the Platform are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

6.4 Platform Commission

Sheek operates as a commission-based booking platform.

For each completed booking made through the Platform, Sheek (operated by LYVE) charges the Provider a commission fee, regardless of whether:

  • The payment is completed online through the Platform, or

  • The payment is made in cash after the service at the Provider’s location or for at-home service.

The commission percentage and structure are governed by a separate agreement between Sheek and the Provider.

Providers acknowledge and agree that commission is due on all transactions originating from the Platform, including confirmed bookings paid in cash.

Failure to remit commission fees may result in suspension or termination of the Provider’s account.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation and refund policies may vary by Provider.

  • Applicable policies are displayed at the time of booking.

  • Online payments may be refunded according to Provider policy and payment gateway regulations.

  • No-shows or late cancellations may be non-refundable.

8. Client Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Attend bookings on time

  • Provide accurate personal and contact information

  • Comply with Provider rules and policies

  • Pay applicable fees for completed services

9. Age Restriction

Customers under the age of 18 are not permitted to register or transact on the Platform.

10. Production Schedule and Deliverables

Service duration, quality, scheduling, and deliverables are the sole responsibility of the Provider. Sheek does not guarantee specific outcomes or service results.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Platform, including logos, branding, text, graphics, software, and design elements, is the intellectual property of LYVE or its licensors and may not be used without prior written permission.

12. Use of Images and Videos

Providers grant Sheek the right to display uploaded images, videos, logos, and content for marketing and operational purposes. Users consent to incidental appearance in media where applicable.

13. Third-Party Vendors and Subcontractors

Sheek may integrate third-party services including payment gateways, analytics tools, and mapping services. We are not responsible for failures or errors caused by third-party systems.

14. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, internet failures, or system outages.

15. Limitation of Liability

Sheek acts solely as an intermediary platform between Users and Providers.
We are not liable for:

  • Service quality or outcomes

  • Provider conduct or negligence

  • Injuries, damages, or losses arising from services rendered

Where liability is established, it shall not exceed the amount paid through the Platform for the relevant booking.

16. Indemnification

Users and Providers agree to indemnify and hold harmless LYVE, its directors, employees, and affiliates from claims arising from misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

17. Confidentiality

All non-public information shared through the Platform shall be treated as confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

18. Privacy and Data Protection

User data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and security measures to protect personal and payment information.

19. OFAC and Sanctions Compliance

We will not trade with or provide services to OFAC-sanctioned countries or restricted territories, in compliance with international regulations.

20. User Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and all activities conducted through their account.

21. Transaction Records

Cardholders must retain copies of transaction records, receipts, and merchant policies.

22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Lebanese courts.

23. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
